Rohan believes that Christian faith is reflected in the outflowing of God working in the lives of His people for his greater glory.  With a background in architecture and hydraulic building services, Rohan also has a bachelor's degree from Ridley Theological College.  With a lifetime of experience in ministry and chaplaincy Rohan has a passion for training, equipping and discipling others, encouraging them to develop their God given gifts, and putting their faith into action every day.  Rohan is supported by his wife Liz.

Kathy has a passion to serve God by using her diverse gifts and abilities. Her formal studies in primary teaching and theology match well with her passion for families ministry.  She particularly likes to encourage others to seek Jesus first, go deeper in Him, and reflect His love to those around them.  Kathy is supported by her husband Alistair.

From a young age, Tayla felt called to support individuals from all walks of life which led her to study social work at university. This passion is evident in her ministry with children and youth and inspiring her to work as a disability support worker. Tayla also has a passion for bringing hope to people by facilitating conflict resolution and aiding people to heal from grief.
